Hannah
Hannah was born nearly 16 weeks early and weighed just over one pound six ounces. Because her lungs were immature, she was treated with surfactant and high frequency oscillatory ventilation. She ultimately needed four courses of steroid therapy before she could breathe on her own. She went home after spending over 100 days in the hospital.
Hannah is in her second year of preschool. Her favorite activities include drawing, running, playing soccer and having fun with her dog, Max.
